Next Generation (2009-2010)

DOCUMENTING the VALUES of NEXT GENS The Hamilton Next Generation Project (2009-2010) was an initiative of the Hamilton Economic Summit designed to kick start a concerted effort to help our community boosts its effectiveness in attracting and retaining young talent.

HES 2010 included the Hamilton Next Generation Strategy Session that provided input into an important study that examines Hamilton as a community of choice through the eyes of next generation talent. 

DOWNLOAD Destination Hamilton Report with Recommendations (353).  This study led to the creation of Hamilton Hive.

HES 2009 prompted the summit to play an active role in attracting and retaining next generation talent with the skills and knowledge to excel in a 21st century creativity-driven, knowledge economy.  This sparked the creaton of the Hamilton Next Generation Project. Click on the links below to download sample documents.
